Shipping Policy – ILK
We provide worldwide delivery of your orders. We have partnered with leading Indian & International shipping provider to handle your order in best possible way for safe & fast delivery.
Currently we are unable to deliver to certain countries, please get in touch with our customer service team at and they will be glad to help you with it.

Shipping charges for delivery outside India:
You will be charged a flat shipping fee of INR 2500.00 for all order (converted to equivalent in your local currency).

Customs and Import Duties on orders:
We don’t charge/collect any additional Taxes or Duties for orders which are meant to be delivered in India.

However, all orders which are to be delivered outside India, may be subject to Country specific Import Duties that are levied once the package reaches the destination country. We do not collect any Duties & Taxes while you are ordering on the website. Any additional charge towards Import/ Customs Duties & Taxes if any, may be levied by the Custom authority. These charges are to be borne by the receiver and ORGANIC APPARELS PRIVATE LIMITED have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be in actuals. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and we recommend contacting the local customs office or their website for further information.

In case receiver fails to pay the asked Duties & Taxes and doesn’t collect the order from the shipping partners ORGANIC APPARELS PRIVATE LIMITED will not be liable for any refund amount for such orders.

When ordering from any brand website of ours (Label ILK, ILK India, ORGANIC APPARELS PRIVATE LIMITED) you are considered the importer on record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are ordering the goods.

  • Shipping across India is free of charge for all orders.
  • From the date of placing order, it would take take us 3-4 weeks for India location and 3-4 weeks for outside India location for us to deliver your order.
  • For exchanges, please email us at with your order number in the subject line and describe the problem with the ordered item.
  • Exchange requests will be accepted only within 10 days of the order being delivered.
  • We are happy to exchange sizes if the ordered size does not fit you.
