Most of our order are make-to-order. We typically take 10-14 business days to process all orders however owing to a national or international crisis we cannot commit to the above mentioned timeline.

How much shipping will be charged?

Depends on the region the shipment is being shipped to. In India, shipping is free. For international orders, the final charges will reflect while checkout after you enter the Pincode.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery times will vary by item, label and country of delivery. The ideal delivery timeline in India will be between 3-4 weeks whereas all the international deliveries can take upto 2 to 5 weeks depending on the place of shipment and the design ordered. Can I redirect my order after I have already submitted the order?

If you would like to change your shipping address after you have placed your order, please request an address replacement by contacting us at care@ilk.co.in. It is not possible to change addresses once your order is already shipped.

Do you deliver to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses?

At the moment we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding addresses due to courier restrictions.

Is my package insured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box. How much duties and taxes will i have to pay?

Taxes and Duties are inclusive of the MRP for orders shipping to India. For international orders taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination and are borne by the customer. Please note taxes and duties are chargeable as applicable. Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Please note we are unable to advise the duty amount.
