Exchange Policy
- Shipping across India is free of charge for all orders.
- From the date of placing order, it would take take 10-14 working days for us to deliver your order.
- For exchanges, please email us at care@ilk.co.in with your order number in the subject line and describe the problem with the ordered item.
- Exchange requests will be accepted only within 10 days of the order being delivered.
- We are happy to exchange sizes if the ordered size does not fit you.
