Refund policy

  • Shipping across India is free of charge for all orders.

  • From the date of placing order, it would take take 3-4 weeks for us to deliver your order.

  • For exchanges, please email us at care@ilk.co.in with your order number in the subject line and describe the problem with the ordered item.

  • Exchange requests will be accepted only within 10 days of the order being delivered.

  • Exchanges are applicable only in case of size-related issues.

  • We are happy to exchange sizes if the ordered size does not fit you.

  • International orders are not eligible for exchange or refund.
